Gel nails typically last 2–4 weeks depending on your nail growth and aftercare. We recommend booking your infill at the 3-week mark to keep them looking fresh.
Please arrive with clean nails — no polish or existing gel if possible. Don't cut your cuticles yourself. If you have existing gel that needs removing, book a Removal & Tidy first.
A small deposit is required to secure your booking. It's deducted from your total on the day. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment.
Absolutely — just select your preferred technician during booking. If you don't have a preference, choose "Any available" and we'll assign the best match for your service.
No problem — just give us at least 24 hours notice via WhatsApp or email and we'll happily reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
Yes! Nail art can be added to any gel or BIAB service. Send us your inspo via WhatsApp before your appointment and we'll quote you. Simple designs from £3/nail.
